This policy explains what information dungeon.services ("we", "us") collects when you book a run, why we need it, and who helps us handle it. We collect only what we need to run your booking.
What we collect
- Booking details: your name, email address, Bungie Name, the dungeon and time you book, and any notes you add.
- Payment confirmation: PayPal tells us that you paid and how much. We never see your card or bank details.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
Why we use it
- To schedule your run and send you confirmation and reschedule emails.
- To find you in game and send the fireteam invite.
- To handle payments, refunds and questions about your booking.
- To keep the business records that tax and accounting rules require.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who helps us handle it
We use a few trusted services to run dungeon.services. Each one only gets what it needs for its part:
- Cal.com runs our booking pages and sends booking emails.
- PayPal processes payments and refunds.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and forwards emails sent to our support address.
- Discord is used privately by our team: when you book, your first name, Bungie Name and run time are posted in a private channel so a sherpa can pick up your run.
- Google Fonts provides the fonts on this website, so your browser connects to Google to load them.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy covering how it handles data.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Cal.com and PayPal may use their own cookies on their pages when you book and pay.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and other information only as long as we need it for your bookings and questions.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@dungeon.services. We'll respond within 30 days. Some records, like payment records, may need to be kept for legal reasons, and we'll tell you if that applies.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
