Terms of service

These terms apply when you book a run through dungeon.services ("we", "us"). By booking, you agree to them. They're written to be readable, so please take a minute to go through them.

What we provide

We provide scheduled help sessions in Destiny 2. At your booked time, our players ("sherpas") join your fireteam through a normal in-game invite and complete the dungeon you booked with you. Runs are full clears, not lessons: our sherpas handle the mechanics while you play your own character.

Self-play only

You play on your own account the whole time. We never ask for, accept or use your password, recovery codes or any account access. We don't sell accounts, in-game currency or items.

What we need from you

• An accurate Bungie Name when you book.
• Access to the dungeon you book (the matching expansion or a Dungeon Key; Prophecy is free).
• A character ready for the dungeon's recommended Power.
• To be online in Destiny 2 and accept our invite at your booked time.

Booking and payment

Prices are shown on our website in US dollars and paid in full through PayPal when you book. Your booking is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email. We may change prices in the future, but the price you paid for an existing booking won't change.

Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

These are covered in our refund policy, which is part of these terms.

Things outside our control

Destiny 2 is run by Bungie, not by us. Server outages, game updates, bugs or changes to the game can interrupt or delay a run. If that happens, we'll reschedule your run, or refund it if we can't complete it, as described in the refund policy. Loot drops in Destiny 2 are random, so we can't guarantee any specific item or drop, only the completion of the activity you booked.

Your account and the game's rules

Because you play on your own account and we join through normal in-game invites, runs work the same way as playing with any other fireteam. Still, you're responsible for how you use your own account, and Bungie's rules for Destiny 2 apply to everyone in the fireteam. We aren't responsible for actions Bungie takes on any account.

Respect

We treat every customer with respect and ask the same in return. We may cancel and refund a booking if a customer is abusive toward our team.

Age

You must be 18 or older to book, or have permission from a parent or guardian who makes the booking and payment for you.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you booked apply to that booking.
